Protect your digital photos

I always back up my photos. I use two external hard disks for that and I also back them up into DVDs. You may think they are enough. But in life who knows?
Swiss Picture Bank is an online service that promises to back up your photos for 30 years for 3 cents per picture. It seems that when opening an account the first 50 images are backed up for free.
In their own words:
We make multiple copies of every picture, encrypt them and secure them on redundant servers housed in data centers located throughout Switzerland. (…)We back our commitment to security with a payout promise: should we ever lose a picture, we will pay you 30x the value of the credits you spent to save that photo with us.
Sounds interesting? Go have a look. I may as well give it a try.
